Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 20th June 2025

This Return & Refund Policy applies exclusively to business customers purchasing from TempLogger Systems via temploggersystems.com.

​

All transactions are considered B2B (business-to-business) and are not subject to EU or Croatian consumer withdrawal rights.

 

1. Return Eligibility

​

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product is faulty or non-functional upon delivery

  • The product received differs materially from the agreed specifications

  • A return has been explicitly pre-approved in writing by TempLogger Systems

 

2. Return Conditions

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported to us in writing within 5 business days of delivery

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging

  • You must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our support team before shipping the item back

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items prior to approving any refund or replacement.

 

3. Shipping Costs

​

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to any other reason, the buyer is responsible for return logistics and costs.

 

4. Refunds or Replacements

 

Once we inspect and confirm the return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 14 business days

  • Replacements will be shipped as soon as the returned item is verified

  • No refunds or credits will be given for goods damaged due to improper use, installation, or handling by the customer

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Software, licenses, or digital downloads once activated

  • Products damaged by the customer or used beyond initial testing
